Cheeky Chops

When my daughter was born she wasn’t sleeping through the night, some days my goal was simply focused on getting through. Needing some guidance, I contacted Cheekychops for sleep and parenting consulting and support. I was later hired to help Dawnn rebrand her company and help her transitioning the firm as a franchise. Previously the firm was ‘cute’, and had a local feel; this was adequate but didn't establish the firm as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and experienced. To gain an accurate insight into the business, I led a four-hour brand discovery session with Dawnn to get a genuine insight into the company. Based on this in-depth understanding, I crafted the brand strategy, from which the new brand identity, website, and marketing materials arose. With her competitors showcasing "cute" baby imagery, Dawnn and I analyzed and concluded her real audience were parents seeking support and knowledge to help their child(ren) and family get a restful night's sleep. The new brand was a hit; Dawnn emailed to let me know people nationwide had begun signing up to become franchisees.
